2. Website and hosting

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. Requests involve processing the IP address, time, requested URL and technical browser information to deliver the site and investigate errors or misuse. The basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and our interest in secure, reliable operation. Access is limited to people and hosting providers responsible for operation and support.

Connection information is needed for delivery. Where security logs are retained, retention depends on the period needed to analyse errors and investigate specific security incidents; evidence concerning an incident may be needed until the investigation ends. We do not claim automatic deletion after a particular number of days.

3. Contact and enquiries

We process information submitted by form, email or telephone to respond and prepare proposals. The form requires your name, business, business email, trade, package choice and project description; other details are optional. Without required information we cannot assign and answer the form enquiry.

The basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for steps towards your own contract, or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for business contacts acting for a company, reflecting our interest in business communication. Statutory retention is based on Article 6(1)(c) GDPR. Enquiries are saved in the protected WordPress back office and handed to our business email system. A general acknowledgement may be sent to the submitted email address.

Enquiries that do not lead to an order are needed until the enquiry is closed and, where applicable, resulting claims are resolved. Contract and tax records are additionally subject to the applicable statutory retention requirements. Other project data is deleted after the agreed purpose ends unless another retention ground applies. Do not submit passwords or especially sensitive information through the form.

4. Calculator, demos and form security

The price calculator and design demos run in your browser. Configuration information is transmitted only when you attach it to an enquiry and submit it. There is no automatic order or automated decision with legal effect.

Form tokens, a spam field and a temporary request limit protect against misuse. The request limit uses a value derived from the IP address with a secret key. The limit applies for ten minutes and form tokens are valid for up to two hours. Processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and our interest in secure, reliable enquiry handling.

5. External services and links

Google appointment booking and client file uploads are currently inactive. Maps, videos and calendars are not automatically embedded. WhatsApp is opened only through a link. Clicking it takes you away from our site and the provider’s data processing applies. See the WhatsApp privacy policy. Email and telephone remain available alternatives.

6. Cookies and browser storage

This site does not use analytics or advertising trackers. The light/dark appearance choice is currently not stored permanently. A requested login to a protected WordPress area uses necessary authentication and session cookies. Necessary device access is based on section 25(2) TDDDG; further processing supports secure access under Article 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR.

7. Your rights

Subject to legal requirements, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. Any consent can be withdrawn for the future. Contact info@prowebseite.de.
