Understand hosting, terms and service limits
Hosting price guide: 19.90 € net/month for one normal WordPress business website without a shop; 5 GB total including database and email, up to five mailboxes, 10 GB monthly traffic, HTTPS and limited technical hosting administration by email. Hosting alone includes no WordPress maintenance or separately promised external backups.
No 24/7 service. Response targets are not guaranteed resolution times. New pages, redesigns, malware removal and complex troubleshooting are not automatically included. Website backups cover files and database, not email archiving.
The minimum care term does not automatically apply to hosting. Cancellation, contract start, update process, backup provider, restoration and support hours are defined before ordering. We agree how unused change minutes are handled in your individual proposal. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

How much does a professional website cost?
Starter is 1,490.00 €, Business 2,490.00 € and Premium 3,990.00 € net plus statutory VAT. Your individual proposal defines the exact scope, revisions and additional costs. Our service is for business customers only.
How long does a website take?
Indicative times are 10–15 working days for Starter, 15–25 for Business and 25–40 for Premium, starting after complete content, the agreed project start and confirmed capacity. We agree a specific schedule in your proposal.
Do I need a domain already?
No. We help with selection and technical setup. You can usually retain an existing domain. Availability, costs and ownership are agreed before registration. The domain should be registered in your name.
Can I edit my website myself?
Yes. We use WordPress and make the agreed content editable without coding. Your proposal defines which areas you can edit and the included introduction.
What happens after launch?
You receive the agreed access and handover. Ongoing care is optional. Without a care agreement, ongoing operation, updates and backups are your responsibility. Statutory defect rights remain unaffected.
Are hosting and maintenance included?
Non-binding price guide: You may use suitable hosting of your own or request ProWebseite hosting at 19.90 € net/month. Care Basis is 69.00 € flexible or 59.00 € with a 12-month care term; Care Plus is 129.00 € or 109.00 €. Domain and third-party fees are additional. Hosting alone includes no WordPress maintenance.
Can you modernise an existing website?
Yes. We first review the content, technology and access. Then we assess what can be retained and whether an update or rebuild best suits your goals.
How does payment work?
50% is payable as a deposit and 50% after acceptance: 745.00 € each for Starter, 1,245.00 € for Business or 1,995.00 € for Premium, net plus statutory VAT. Your proposal specifies the payment deadlines. An enquiry is not an order.
What content and revisions are included?
You supply core information, existing text, your logo and approved photos. Starter and Business include two collected revision rounds within the agreed concept, Premium three. Remedying defects is separate from paid additional revisions. New concepts, pages, extensive copy, photography and translations require a separate agreement.
Which rights and access will I receive?
You receive the agreed usage rights and WordPress access. Your own content remains yours. Domains should normally be registered in your name. Open-source and third-party licences apply independently. The contract sets out handover details.
